Not Too Shabby If I Do Say So Myself…Photo 101

I am no photographer by any means, especially since all my photos are taken with my Samsung cellphone.

But I would like to think that I have knack of “seeing” interesting things that would make a good shot.

So, I am feeling kinda good about my photo from my Day 14: Scale and Observation post after seeing this article and photo in the Montreal Gazette newspaper this past weekend.

Let’s compare.

Here is my photo from 2014 when construction was still in progress:

Not too shabby if I do say so myself…

  1. Had a chuckle over you phone photography. Great shots are great shots no matter what camera you use. And you take great photos. I recently bought a new DSLR but took most of my shots for this course with either my Samsung S4 mini, or my iPad mini. The “good camera” will have to wait until I have more time to play with it–or remember to bring it.😏
