Song Lyric Sunday: “Chocolate Legs” – Eric Benet #songlyricsunday

This week’s prompt for this week’s #SongLyricSunday Challenge at “This Thing Called Life One Word At A Time”:

This song I picked today speaks to the “comfort” of “intimacy”.

Warning: There is no nudity but this video is extremely sensual. Don’t say that I didn’t warn you!

Your cocoa skin against mine, babe
Is all I need to help revive me
Just touch me and I feel pure, pure love
You’re the only thing I’m ever sure of(your love I’m sure of)
I need some reminding
That God is still, He’s still behind me
Baby, come take my soul and set me free

(partial lyrics)

  1. I love it when guys sing in their upper register. His voice is amazing and the lyrics are brilliant. There’s just something about the comfort of your lover. Sometimes that’s the only thing that keeps me going – the thought that he’ll be there when I get home. Great pick!
