What are you an expert on? Is it because of training, lived experience, or both? Day 17

I’m kind of an expert, from lived experience, on figuring out what drives a toxic person, why they behave in the manner that they do and how to keep a step ahead of their destructive nature.

Most toxic people suffer from a deep fear of rejection. Oftentimes dealing with them entails letting them believe they have the upper hand over you or giving them enough space to show their true colors to the world and let nature take its course.

Unfortunately, I developed this skill set the hard way but nothing can compare to real lessons, right?

What are you an expert on? Is it because of training, lived experience, or both?

  1. Teaching and Public speaking. Part by training, Passion and that I truly want to help make a difference in the lives that I am charged to educate. I created a brand Conversations with J R Floyd, on you tube, Facebook and a podcast to publicly dialoguing about issues that negativity impact our lives and relationships.
